摘要:

After a short introduction into the AdS/CFT correspondence and to which systems it may be applied. I will present recent work on two specific holographic systems. First I will discuss a holographic model based on modular invariant four-dimensional gravity theory whose ground states are gapped and show how fractionally quantized Hall conductivity. I will discuss what we may learn from this model for the fractional quantum Hall effect. Then I will discuss a five-dimensional holographic superconductor which realizes Home's relation, a universal law found experimentally in high temperature superconductors.
