报告人简介：Dr. Oshima received doctor degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology in physics. After working in Fujitsu, he was an assistant professor of Prof. Takayanagi, who is very famous for DAS model of Si(111) surface reconstruction. Then, he became an associate professor at Osaka University. And, he is an associate professor at JAIST from 2014. He is an expert of in-situ or operand TEM observation. Moreover, recently, he achieved visualization of lithium atoms for the first time in the world by a new imaging technique. He received the society award of the Japanese Society of Microscopy in 2011.
