简介:熊锐,男, 1967 年 5 月 10 日,湖北黄梅县人。研究领域包括:凝聚态物质中的丰富的物理学行为:相变、轨道有序、电荷有序及自旋有序等;自旋电子学相关的自旋转移、自旋相互作用、自旋翻转及驱动以及相关的自旋纳米器件的原理、制备和性能;热电材料及器件的机理、设计及性能等,共发表学术论文 100 余篇,在读硕士、博士生 10余人。具体研究方向包括:
1. 过渡金属氧化物VO2的制备及其金属-绝缘体相变的机理及调控
2. 基于Spin Transfer Torque效应的自旋纳米器件的原理、制备和性能
3 磁性半金属CrO2及其掺杂体系制备及磁性调控
4 高效热电材料的探索及其机理
5 TiO2及其掺杂体系的光催化及稀磁特性;
